PULR Software Assets Brought Under QDat.io

MONTRÉAL, March 4, 2026 — QDat.io, a brand of Meerv Inc., announces the formal consolidation of the former software assets of PULR Technologies Inc. under the QDat.io brand and product roadmap.

For clarity, Meerv Inc. is the new corporate name of PULR Technologies Inc. — a re-branding of the same legal entity, not a sale or change of ownership. The consolidation described in this release brings the former PULR software assets under the QDat.io brand and roadmap within the same company.

The PULR platform, originally developed to address item-level traceability and cold-chain visibility in perishable supply chains, will be integrated into the QDat.io data infrastructure stack. This consolidation allows Meerv Inc. to unify engineering resources, accelerate product development, and deliver a single, coherent platform to customers operating in logistics, food safety, and regulated manufacturing.

Existing PULR customers will be migrated to the QDat.io platform on a scheduled basis. The QDat.io team will reach out directly to coordinate transition timelines and ensure continuity of service.

The QDatDroid mobile application, Cooldat® cold-chain monitoring suite, and the broader QDat.io data infrastructure platform will continue to be developed and supported under Meerv Inc.
